Community Guidelines
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Supporting one another through group economics means treating people fairly, being truthful, and protecting the community. These guidelines apply to buyers, sellers, public store content, and interactions connected with Blessed Thrift.
1. Respect people
Be courteous even when a purchase does not go as planned. Harassment, threats, intimidation, discriminatory abuse, hate speech, sexual exploitation, and encouragement of violence have no place here. Do not use the marketplace to target people based on their identity or personal circumstances.
2. Be honest and act in good faith
- Use accurate information and do not impersonate another person, store, brand, or Blessed Thrift team member.
- Do not create deceptive listings, forge evidence, misrepresent payment, manipulate inventory, or make false claims about products, sponsorship, or endorsement.
- Buyers should place orders with a genuine intention to complete them, provide usable delivery information, and communicate promptly if circumstances change.
- Do not exploit errors, evade restrictions through other accounts, or use bots and other tools to interfere with fair access to the marketplace.
3. Keep goods and content safe
Listings must comply with the Seller Guidelines, applicable law, and payment-provider rules. Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, infringing, or exploitative goods and content are prohibited. Do not post malicious links, spam, fraudulent promotions, or content designed to obtain another person's credentials.
Respect copyright, trademarks, image rights, and privacy. Do not claim rights or permissions you do not have. AI-generated content is subject to the same standards as uploaded content.
4. Protect personal information
Do not publish private addresses, phone numbers, payment credentials, order access links, or other sensitive information. Share only what is necessary for a transaction or a legitimate report. A private order link can provide access to order details, so treat it as confidential.
Sellers must not reuse buyer contact information for unrelated outreach or marketing without the required permission. Do not pressure anyone to disclose account passwords, verification codes, card details, or identity documents through marketplace messages.
5. Pay and communicate responsibly
Use the payment instructions shown for the order and check that the recipient is correct before sending funds. Payment-provider protections and fees vary; Zelle does not offer purchase protection. Do not assume that a direct transfer can be reversed or that Blessed Thrift holds the funds.
Acknowledge legitimate concerns and try to resolve order problems directly and respectfully. Do not threaten public humiliation, post private information, or demand an improper benefit in exchange for withdrawing a complaint.
6. Report concerns without retaliation
Use Report a Store for suspected scams, unsafe goods, abuse, or other violations. Provide truthful information and relevant details; do not submit knowingly false or malicious reports. If there is an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact local emergency services rather than relying on marketplace reporting.
We review reports and may request more information. Reports are handled with discretion, but we may share relevant information when needed to investigate, respond to a seller, protect people, or comply with law. We cannot promise absolute anonymity or a particular outcome.
7. Moderation and participation
We may remove content, request changes, restrict access, or suspend participation when these standards are violated or there is a safety, fraud, or legal concern. Serious matters may require action without advance notice. Store approval and paid placement are not immunity from these rules.
If you believe a decision was mistaken, respond through the moderation or account communication available to you with a clear explanation and relevant evidence. Do not bypass a restriction by opening another account.
