Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy describes how personal information is handled when you browse Blessed Thrift, create an account, run a store, place an order, report a concern, or use our optional AI image tools. Independent sellers and payment providers also handle information under their own obligations and policies.

1. Information you provide

  • Account information: email address, authentication information handled by our account service, and any display name you provide.
  • Seller information: store name and URL, logo, headshot, biography, contact email, shipping and refund policies, payment handles, listings, product images, and review submissions.
  • Order information: buyer name and email, mailing address, selected payment method, order notes, purchased items, amounts, order status, and shipping or tracking details.
  • Reports and support information: reporter name and email, store or order references, explanations, and information supplied to resolve a concern.
  • Platform billing information: payment-provider customer, subscription, and checkout references, payment status, billing periods, and related transaction records. Stripe collects payment details through its checkout; our application does not store full card numbers.
  • AI information: prompts, selected preferences, submitted photos, and generated or enhanced images when you choose to use the optional tools.

2. Technical information and browser storage

Our hosting, account, and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request details, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the service.

The site uses browser storage for sign-in state, cart contents, saved favorites, and recent order access references. Payment and account providers may also use cookies or comparable technologies for authentication, fraud prevention, and checkout. You can manage storage in your browser, but clearing or blocking it may sign you out or remove saved cart, favorite, and order access information. Any nonessential tracking that requires consent must be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Why information is used

  • Provide accounts, storefronts, listings, shopping, order records, and shipping information.
  • Process platform memberships and featured placements, maintain billing status, and administer store approval.
  • Deliver optional logo generation and photo enhancement requested by a seller.
  • Handle reports, resolve problems, prevent misuse, protect accounts, and enforce marketplace policies.
  • Maintain the service, investigate errors, and satisfy applicable accounting, tax, legal, and security obligations.

4. Public information and sharing

Approved storefronts and their published content—including store names, logos, headshots, biographies, listings, prices, and policies—are public and may be indexed by search engines or shared on social media. Seller contact details can be made available through the storefront's contact feature. Do not place sensitive information in public content.

Order information is made available to the seller fulfilling that order and, where appropriate, the buyer and authorized administrators. Sellers receive the delivery and contact details needed to fulfill and service purchases. People who possess a private order access link may be able to view the associated order; keep that link confidential.

Service providers process information to support hosting, account management, image storage, payment processing, and requested AI generation or editing. AI image tools send submitted images and prompts to the image-processing service; do not submit sensitive documents or images without the relevant permission. The providers' handling of information is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices.

We may disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or safety, comply with legal process, or complete a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate privacy protections. Reporting a store does not make the report public, but relevant details may need to be shared during an investigation.

5. Payments and independent sellers

Stripe processes seller membership and featured-placement payments. Direct product payments use the seller's Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo account. Those services receive information you provide to them and apply their own privacy, security, and dispute policies.

Independent sellers are responsible for how they use buyer information they receive. Our Seller Guidelines restrict its use to order fulfillment, related service, and legal obligations unless additional use is lawfully authorized. Contact the seller about information they hold independently.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained as needed to operate accounts and orders, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Needs vary by record type; a single fixed retention period is not stated here. Deletion requests may be subject to necessary record retention, backup processes, and legal exceptions.

We use access controls and service-provider security measures to protect information. No system, storage method, or internet transmission is completely secure. Keep your credentials and order links private, and promptly raise suspected account misuse. Removing public content cannot guarantee removal of copies already saved or indexed by others.

7. Your choices and rights

You can update available account and store information, choose whether to use AI tools, and manage browser storage. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority.

Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others. Sellers and payment providers may need separate requests for information held in their own systems. A designated Blessed Thrift privacy contact must be confirmed before this draft is finalized.

8. International processing and children

Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, where privacy laws may differ. Applicable transfer safeguards and legal requirements must be observed.

The marketplace is not directed at children who cannot lawfully consent to its use or enter transactions. Do not submit a child's personal information without lawful authority. If you believe such information has been provided improperly, raise the concern so it can be reviewed.

9. Changes and contact

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Where required, material changes will be communicated or consent obtained before the new use occurs. The legal operator's name and designated privacy contact are pending confirmation and must be added before launch.
