Terms of Use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms govern use of Blessed Thrift and its marketplace services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the applicable Community Guidelines and Seller Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information.

1. Marketplace role

Blessed Thrift provides tools for independent sellers to publish stores and listings and for buyers to place orders. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, the seller—not Blessed Thrift—is the seller of the item and is responsible for its description, lawful sale, fulfillment, customer service, and refunds.

Reviewing a store or displaying a paid placement does not guarantee authenticity, quality, safety, delivery, or a successful transaction. These terms do not exclude duties the platform has under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms and comply with the laws that apply to your use. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Guest buyers remain responsible for the information and orders they submit.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access through available support or account communications. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain another user's private information.

3. Listings and purchases

Sellers must follow the Seller Guidelines and publish accurate descriptions, prices, condition information, availability, shipping charges, handling times, and refund policies. Buyers should review the listing, seller policies, recipient payment details, and total shown before placing an order or sending payment.

Checkout covers one store at a time. Product orders currently use direct seller payment instructions through Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo. Creating an order or marking payment as sent is not proof that payment was received. The seller confirms payment and handles fulfillment.

Do not assume every payment method includes purchase protection or reversibility. Zelle does not offer purchase protection. Applicable provider fees, restrictions, and dispute procedures are determined by the provider. Blessed Thrift is not an escrow service for these direct transfers.

4. Shipping, cancellations, refunds, and disputes

Each seller's disclosed shipping and refund policies apply to their transactions, subject to mandatory legal rights. Contact the seller promptly about an incorrect, damaged, missing, or materially misdescribed item. You may request a refund through the order page where available, but submitting a request does not itself transfer funds.

For direct payments, the seller issues refunds through the payment provider, preferably the original method. Seller-reported refund and fulfillment statuses are records supplied by the seller, not independent confirmation of a bank transfer or delivery. Provider disputes must follow that provider's procedures.

You may report a store for platform review. We may investigate or moderate participation but do not promise recovery of direct payments or a particular dispute outcome. Nothing here removes rights to seek remedies available under law.

5. Seller memberships

Public store listing requires an active seller membership and store approval. Membership costs $9 per month or $75 per year in U.S. dollars. It renews automatically for the selected billing period until canceled; checkout and your membership records show the applicable amount, renewal details, and any tax.

Use Manage membership in the seller area to manage billing, change plans, or cancel future renewal. Plan-change charges or credits and cancellation timing are governed by the information shown when you confirm the change. Cancellation does not by itself request a refund of a prior payment; applicable legal refund rights remain in force.

After three failed payment retries, your store is unpublished. You retain the ability to sign in, renew, and resubmit your store for approval. Membership expiration or store suspension does not cancel obligations for existing orders or authorize you to retain funds for unfulfilled purchases.

6. Featured placements

An approved seller may purchase an optional featured placement for a one-time $47 charge for 31 days. Eight spots are available concurrently; capacity may be temporarily reserved while checkout is in progress. Completed payment must be confirmed before a placement becomes active.

Active placements appear as paid store logos or icons in the Featured Sellers section and expire automatically after 31 days. Featuring is not a subscription, does not guarantee sales or a fixed ranking, and does not exempt a store from review or suspension. Any applicable tax is disclosed at checkout. If a paid placement cannot be delivered, the fulfillment process issues a refund; provider processing times may apply.

7. Content, intellectual property, and AI

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Blessed Thrift a nonexclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, and format that content as necessary to provide the marketplace and its sharing features. This license does not transfer ownership and remains only as needed for those purposes, lawful retention, and existing shared copies.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your listings, images, brands, and submitted prompts. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. Blessed Thrift's own branding and service materials may not be used to imply unauthorized endorsement or affiliation.

Optional AI tools may produce inaccurate, similar, or legally unsuitable results. No exclusivity, trademark clearance, or ownership guarantee is made for generated content. Review results and obtain any necessary permissions before use; never use enhancement to hide flaws, misrepresent an item, or alter a person's identity misleadingly.

8. Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal goods, malicious code, spam, unauthorized scraping of personal information, interference with service availability, or circumvention of security and moderation. Follow the Community Guidelines and payment-provider rules.

We may request corrections, remove content, limit features, deny store approval, or restrict or suspend access for violations, security concerns, legal requirements, or protection of the community. Urgent cases may require action without advance notice. You may respond to moderation feedback and request review through available communications.

9. Availability and limits of responsibility

The service and optional tools may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, commercial results, or freedom from errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Blessed Thrift is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or independent seller transactions. No provision excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law controls where a limitation is not enforceable.

10. Changes, legal rights, and contact

We may update these terms and post a revised date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law; changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights associated with completed transactions. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law determines your rights and available remedies. This draft does not impose a particular court, governing jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration, or class-action waiver. The legal operator's name and official contact details must be confirmed before launch. For transaction questions, contact the seller through their storefront; use Report a Store for marketplace concerns.
